After Work: Pea Soup and pancakes

In collaboration with Swedcham Brasil and the Consulate General of Sweden we would like to invite you all to get to know a tradition from the era of the Vikings – the traditional pea soup, which is a very appreciated recipe in Sweden.

Swedish restaurantes and schools are known to serve this typical dish Thursdays, followed by a traditional sweet pancake.

Come and get to know other members and extend your professional network of contacts as well as enjoy a different gastronomic experience.

•    Main dish: Ärtsoppa (Pea soup)
•    Dessert: Pancakes with red fruits and whipped cream
•    Beverages: one glass of Swedish Punch, two beers or soft drinks/water

Our flying priest Åsa Ström Broman will be present!
